Payment & Treatment Policy

By purchasing any treatments, packages, or products through our clinic or website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. All Sales Are Final
    We do not offer refunds on any treatments, packages, or products once payment has been made.

  2. Product/Treatment Credit Exchange
    If you change your mind about a treatment, the remaining balance can be applied as credit toward other eligible services or products of equal or higher value. Price differences must be covered by the client.

  3. Expiration of Packages
    All packages and prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused treatments after this period will be forfeited and are non-transferable.

  4. Non-Transferable
    All treatments and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or the person assigned at the time of purchase.

  5. No Guarantee of Results
    Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments. Commitment to a full treatment plan and proper aftercare is essential for best results.

  6. Late Arrivals & No Shows
    A late arrival may shorten your treatment time or result in cancellation. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in a fee or deduction from your prepaid session/package.

  7. Medical Clearance Required
    All treatments are subject to medical clearance. If at any time our provider determines a treatment is not suitable for medical or safety reasons, an alternative option or credit will be discussed.

  8. Pricing Subject to Change
    Treatment pricing and package structures are subject to change without notice. However, prepaid sessions will be honored at the original purchase rate within the validity period.

Discount Policy Offers and promotions may not be combined. Limit one discount per visit, service, or package. Exclusions may apply.

Note: Packages and promotional items are not eligible for the 20% new client discount. This 20% discount is valid only on full-priced, single-session treatments.
